Visa Inc. has named Antony Cahill as its new Regional President for Europe in a strategic move to boost innovation and expansion throughout its 39 European countries.
Antony Cahill, who has worked in the banking and financial services industries for over 20 years, brings a wealth of experience to the position. He formerly served as deputy CEO of National Australia Bank (NAB) and held various top leadership positions in Visa’s Asia-Pacific region. Cahill, known for his emphasis on creativity and strategic expansion, is anticipated to lead Visa Europe through a new era of digital transformation and customer-centric evolution.
Visa Europe includes 39 markets, including sophisticated countries and rapidly expanding digital ecosystems. As regional president, Cahill will supervise regional strategy, operations, and business development with the goal of increasing Visa’s presence, strengthening fintech collaborations, and hastening digital payment acceptance.
